This session allows me to understand your body, your needs, and whether you’re a good fit for ongoing membership.
It is unrushed, but clearly contained within a 90-minute window for a focused and grounded experience.

Every client begins with the Initiation Session.
After that, you may be considered for membership, depending on your consistency, fit, and long-term goals.
Membership is not automatic — it is offered only after a simple verification and continued suitability.
Approved clients may access:
• Elite Member — curated therapeutic care & priority daytime scheduling
• Gold Member — highest level of access, including after-hours evening sessions, priority booking, and elevated support
